Our Programs

The PINKPrint serves women and girls across Detroit through programs designed to heal, empower, and build futures. As we expand, our goal is simple: more programs, more access, and more opportunities for every woman and girl we serve.

Our Programs

The PINKPrint serves women and girls across Detroit through programs designed to heal, empower, and build futures. As we expand, our goal is simple: more programs, more access, and more opportunities for every woman and girl we serve.

Operation PINK Safehouse

A DHHS-licensed Child Caring Institution in Detroit providing 24/7 trauma-informed care for girls ages 12–17. Girls receive paid internships, certifications, and matched savings to build independence.

Operation PINK Self Care

Community-based prevention workshops teaching body safety, mental health literacy, and hands-on personal care skills led by licensed professionals. Equipping girls with the tools to know themselves, protect themselves, and grow.

Mentorship & Support

1:1 and group mentorship connecting adult women with trained mentors who’ve walked similar paths. Includes faith-based support, clinical referrals, job coaching, and monthly Sister Circles for accountability and sisterhood.

Curated Healing Events

Community experiences that restore and reconnect — from the annual Pink Diamond Gala to entrepreneurship pop-ups and Healing Retreats. Safe spaces for women and girls to process trauma through art, movement, education, and entrepreneurship.
